What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

• Appointment requests: your name, email, phone, whether you’ve been here before, the day and time of day you’d like, and any note you add.
• Messages: your name, email, phone (if you give it) and your message.

Each form is emailed to our office and kept in the website’s database so nothing gets lost. We use it only to answer you and to schedule your visit. Please don’t send health details through the website; we’ll talk about those in person or by phone.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell, trade or share your information.
• This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
• Our fonts are part of this website, so your browser doesn’t contact Google Fonts.
• The Google map loads only if you press “Show the map”. Google’s own privacy policy applies to it.

Cookies and storage

If you press “Pause the animations”, your browser remembers that choice (local storage, on your device only). Anyone who logs in to manage the site gets WordPress login cookies.
